The Root cause of the problem

Lets go back to why I wanted to share my experience on fixing gut health, how I transformed not just physically but mentally too.

I had followed many diets, from Keto, high protein, a star rated diet plan online but everything I was doing felt like hard work.

Each diet didn’t solve the main root cause of the problem, in my case it was doing me more damage then good until I solved the missing main jigsaw piece in the puzzle.

Our gut is designed to feed all our organs, and our brain soaks up near 20 percent of energy from the food we consume. What happens if we put the wrong food or fuel in our gut, our energy levels deplete, struggle to think, and we could suffer with digestive issues like feeling gassy, constipated or diarrhoea.

By taking a simple pin prick test, I don’t suffer with brain fog, my energy levels are consistent, what seemed like a distant goal to achieve by following diet plans became easier. What took me years now takes months. The one thing I wish is that I done this sooner.

I’m no longer wasting money on food which isn’t the correct fuel for my body, to find out what diet really works, find out which food is supported by the guts defence system, The results and benefits have been life changing for me
