Sven and I have some beautiful professional wedding photos from Paul Tuthill @ptphotographer_ and Sven’s kind friend Anita, but we haven’t had time to choose our favourite photos yet. In the meantime, here are some sweet family pics. Have a restful weekend friends. Night night x 💤 💕🙏

Today is the first day of our Mindful May Challenge! We invite you to join us in removing screens whilst eating. This means putting down our phones, turning off the tv and removing iPads at meals and snacks. This is not a rule and the goal is not to be perfect (as perfect doesn't exist!) it is simply about noticing when we forget, what happens when we do mindfully remove distractions and if our eating experience is any different. I thought it was the perfect time for a reminder - I just pulled out my phone at lunch, then remembered and am just about to put it away and enjoy my meal! I'd love to hear your comment below on how this went for you today 👇 Thanks @andrew_hall_nutrition for bringing us on this challenge!

These chilly Autumn mornings call for warm creamy oats with delicious toppings! There's so many variations to keep your brekky delicious and nutritious 👌 My fav is banana, cinnamon with crushed pepitas & sunflower seeds for a nutritious-packed crunch. @therecipegang loves berry, coconut and almonds. What's your fav porridge topping?
