Your brain uses 25% of your body’s energy but is only 2% of your weight. So when your metabolism struggles, your mood often struggles first.

New research is showing that depression, anxiety, and constant fatigue may be tied to insulin resistance, inflammation, and blood sugar — not just “stress” or “laziness.”

One study found people who became insulin-resistant were 2.66x more likely to develop major depression. A review of 240,000+ people found the same pattern held up at scale.

This doesn’t mean mental health is “just” physical — it means it’s more connected than most of us were taught. Swipe through 👉

“Her cousin was already talking. Mine still just points.” Sound familiar? 1 in 3 parents admit to comparing their child’s milestones to another’s.
Here’s what the research actually says: within the normal range, when your child reaches a milestone predicts almost nothing about their abilities later. Swipe to see why. 👉
Have you compared your child’s milestones to another child’s? What helped you stop? Tell me below.

“3.3 million people have this. Most were told it was ‘just stress’ first.”

You’re not lazy. You might just be undiagnosed.
Rest that doesn’t fix your fatigue, sleep that never feels like sleep, and crashes two days after doing “too much” — that’s not a personality flaw. It’s a diagnosable illness millions of people live with, and most are never told.
Swipe through the real facts 👉

🩺 Happy Doctors’ Day! ❤️

Every heartbeat restored, every smile returned, every life touched—this is the quiet legacy of a doctor.

Behind every prescription is years of learning.
Behind every diagnosis is careful thinking.
Behind every patient is a promise: “I’ll do my best.”

Today, we celebrate not only doctors in white coats but every healthcare professional who chooses compassion over comfort, service over self, and hope over fear.

we believe that true healing begins with listening, understanding, and caring for the person—not just the disease.

To every doctor who has stayed awake through the night, answered an emergency call, comforted anxious families, and continued serving despite challenges—thank you.

💙 This Doctors’ Day, let’s express our gratitude.
Tag a doctor who has made a difference in your life and tell them why you appreciate them. Your words may become the best gift they receive today.

🙏 Happy National Doctors’ Day!

“The best medicine is not always found in a bottle. Sometimes, it’s found in the kindness of a doctor who truly cares.”

📚 Is your child studying hard but still feeling overwhelmed?

The real challenge during exam season isn’t always the syllabus—it’s the stress, anxiety, fear of failure, and pressure children carry silently.

As parents, our words can either increase that pressure or become their greatest source of strength.

💡 Did you know?
Children often fear disappointing their parents more than the exam itself.

In this post, discover research-backed ways to:
✅ Reduce exam anxiety
✅ Build your child’s confidence
✅ Create a calm study environment
✅ Improve focus and emotional well-being
✅ Support success without adding pressure

❤️ Remember:
Your child needs encouragement more than expectations.

📌 SAVE this post for exam season.
📤 SHARE it with every parent.
💬 Comment “SUPPORT” if you believe mental health matters as much as marks.

Because exams test knowledge—not a child’s worth.

🧠 “My teen doesn’t listen to me anymore.”

If you’ve ever thought this, you’re not alone.

What if the mood swings, arguments, need for privacy, and emotional outbursts aren’t signs of rebellion—but signs of a brain that’s still developing?

Science shows that adolescence is one of the most transformative phases of life. Your teen isn’t trying to make life difficult—they’re trying to figure out who they are.

💡 Understanding what’s happening inside their brain can completely change the way you parent.

In this carousel, you’ll discover:
✅ Why teens seem more emotional
✅ What’s really happening in their developing brain
✅ Why they pull away from parents
✅ How to communicate without constant conflict
✅ What they need most from you right now

❤️ The goal isn’t to control your teen.
It’s to stay connected while they grow.

CP plans done right at Lazeez Affaire ✨

From the first sip of the Evening Delight and guava drink to the last bite of brownie with ice cream, everything was on point. @lazeezaffaire.cp.scindia

Loaded the table with mushroom galouti kebab, soya malai chaap, murgh malai tikka, dahi kebab & bhatti paneer, followed by comforting mains like Dal Lazeez, adraki paneer, kadhai paneer & Pakistani chicken.

But the breads truly won us over… stuffed kulcha and garlic cheese naan deserve their own spotlight 🤍

If North Indian food is your love language, this place in the heart of Connaught Place needs to be on your list.
