This past Saturday we hosted our first Strong Girl Summer LA Barbell Brigade x @latinalifters and the turnout was everything we could have hoped for and more!🙌🏽

To every single person who came out, THANK YOU. You made this day unforgettable. Teaching the foundations of lifting and making training accessible to everyone is exactly why we do this. Seeing you on the platform meant the world to us.

We’d also like to give our coaches @dianamor__ @trainwith__e @rizosandkilos for showing up and creating a space where every woman felt welcome and capable. You set the tone for the whole day and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Strong Girl Summer LA x @latinaLifters is TOMORROW. 🙌🏽

Saturday, August 8th from 11AM to 2PM at Barbell Brigade. Whether you’ve never touched a barbell or you’ve been lifting for years, this event was made for you. We sold out in 15 minutes online but door tickets are available for $10. So stop by and learn some basics with coaches like @dianamor__ who will be coaching you through squat, bench, and deadlift on our competition combo racks.

After that, shop with @onefitnessfamily, grab food from 686 Tacos, get a custom airbrush tote with @moe._28 , and stay for raffle prizes. @eljefeenergy will be on site keeping you fueled all day.
