As the creator of @herbalprofiles, a newsletter dedicated to exploring the booming 🍃 beverage industry, @larsmillermedia spends his days tasting, reviewing, and sharing the best non-alcoholic and infused drinks with his readers. From Lars:

Over time, I’ve developed a keen sense of what makes a beverage stand out—whether it’s the flavor, the experience it offers, or the relaxation it delivers. For those moments when I just want to unwind and let the day’s stresses melt away, these are the brands I consistently reach for:

1. @sipbackyard

Backyard Tea Makers have mastered the art of subtlety. These non-carbonated teas are perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness, making them my go-to for a hot day or a quiet evening on the couch. Whether you’re enjoying a moment of solitude or winding down after a long day, Backyard Tea Makers offers a simple and refreshing way to relax.

2. @squierselixirs

There’s something special about crafting the perfect non-alcoholic cocktail, and Squier’s Specialty Elixirs are a must-have on my bar cart. These elixirs are packed with fruity flavors that don’t just complement a drink—they bring it to life. Whether you’re mixing them into a mocktail or enjoying them on their own, they offer a calming experience that makes it easy to unwind.

3. @drinkboldt

Boldt Tea is another favorite, especially when I’m in the mood for something a bit sweeter. Their blueberry pomegranate flavor is a standout—rich and refreshing, but not too sweet. I also appreciate that these teas are non-carbonated, offering a nice change from the usual fizzy drinks I have throughout the day. Boldt Tea is perfect for when you want something flavorful that’s easy on the stomach.

4. @drinkbrez

Brēz has become my go-to drink no matter the occasion. Whether I’m looking to be social, focus on a task, or just chill out, Brēz always fits the bill. Its versatility and reliability have made it a staple in my relaxation routine, delivering the calm I’m seeking every time.

I knew this industry was tricky, but I didn’t realize it could be pulled out from under me overnight. We’ve done a lot in the last 10 hours. I hope it was enough. 😞

New Product drop! We’ll be sampling @sipbackyard infused teas this Saturday from 11am til we run out! We love these southern style, cold brewed teas, with a bit of a heady vibe. A great alternative to your typical fizzy beverages for those that don’t need the burst of bubbles.
