POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Less than 30 days from now, the conversations women often spend years trying to piece together will be available in one place.

From November 10 to 12, 2026, the Women’s @midlife.summit will bring more than 50 leading physicians and women’s health experts directly into your home for three days of professionally filmed conversations about what is really happening in the body during midlife, hosted by Erika Schlick @thetrailtohealth and Dr Eboni Cornish @dr.ebonicornish.

We are going beyond surface-level conversations and the assumption that every symptom is “just menopause.” Across more than 30 hours of content, our experts will examine how hormones interact with metabolism, brain health, cardiovascular risk, sleep, stress, thyroid function, gut health, immune dysfunction, chronic infections, environmental exposures, bone and muscle health, sexual wellness, aesthetics, longevity, and prevention.

If your body feels different, HRT has not resolved everything, your symptoms have been treated as unrelated, or you want to better understand how to protect your future health, this summit was created to help you see the connections and ask more informed questions.

The entire event is virtual and completely FREE to watch live. You can explore the agenda, choose the sessions most relevant to you, and create your own experience across all three days.

We are now in the final countdown. Register today so you are ready when we go live this November.

We are just over a month away from three days that will bring more than 50 leading physicians and women’s health experts together to examine what is really happening in the body during midlife.

The Women’s @midlife.summit is completely FREE to watch live from November 10 to 12, 2026, giving women everywhere access to more than 30 hours of professionally filmed conversations from the comfort of home.

This summit goes far beyond the idea that every symptom is simply menopause. Our speakers will explore how hormones intersect with metabolism, thyroid function, cardiovascular health, brain health, sleep, stress, gut health, immune function, environmental exposures, infections, bone and muscle health, sexual wellness, aesthetics, longevity, and prevention.

If you have tried HRT and still do not feel like yourself, have symptoms no one has been able to connect, or want to better understand how to protect your health moving forward, this event was created for you.

You will be able to explore the full agenda, choose the conversations most relevant to your health, and hear from experts who are asking deeper questions about the root causes that may be contributing to how women feel and function during midlife.

Registration is open, and November will be here before we know it. Save your free spot now so you are ready when the summit begins.

What happens to glucose regulation and insulin sensitivity as women move through midlife?

We welcomed Dr. Sanjay Bhojraj @doctorsanjaymd to the studio with @sigrid.life and @sigrid.pro for a timely conversation about the metabolic changes that can influence how women process carbohydrates, manage post-meal glucose, and maintain consistent energy.

Dr. Sanjay explored why the same foods and routines may begin affecting the body differently during midlife and why glucose patterns can provide valuable insight into metabolic health, even for women who have never been diagnosed with diabetes.

The session also looked at SiPore®, SIGRID’s patented technology that works locally in the gut during digestion. Dr. Sanjay discussed how incorporating a meal companion such as SIGRID may help support a steadier glucose response as part of a broader approach that includes nutrition, movement, sleep, and individualized care.

This is such an important conversation for women who have noticed changes in their energy, appetite, or response to food and want to better understand what may be happening beneath the surface.

We cannot wait to share the full session at the Women’s @midlife.summit, November 10 to 12, 2026.

The summit is completely FREE to watch live.
