I couldn’t begin to tell you how many books have healed a part of me. They’ve touched on moments that I’ve been through. They’ve said the things I needed to hear. Sometimes they are more than just stories and words on a page.

Dakota jokingly called Taylor her therapist. But honestly, there is no better therapist than your bestie. @sipsandshelves has carried the weight of my world on her shoulders this past year. She has listened to me sob, listened to my stress, figuratively has held my hand while I figure out how to navigate this new life and what comes next. I quite honestly would not have made it this past year 💕 bookish besties are the best and I’m so glad your mine and for this space that led me to you!!

May reading wrap-up 🌷📚✨

Swipe for my May reads + a little photo dump from the month 📖✨

I had the best time at the Fourth Wing x Boston Legacy event with my book besties 🐉✨, read some incredible books, and somehow managed to make every outing revolve around books and good food. No complaints here 😌🍜

Off-Campus took up my mind 99% of the month, and it still lives rent-free 😂

Ended the month the best way possible: movie nights, bedazzling books, and mistaking a meteor crash for thunder with my favourite people 🌧️💖

💬 QOTD: What was your favourite book of May, and is it making your "best books of 2025" list?

This past weekend, I not only got to attend Bookcon for the first time ever, but I also got to work it with my favorite team at Probably Smut! It was SO fun watching the booth come together piece by piece and getting to see the joy it brought all of us at PS and all of you readers that came to visit us! 😍

While my feet are still throbbing and my voice is almost gone, I had an absolute blast! I think I’ll be recovering for the rest of the week, but I’m still on cloud 9! Also, I got to hang out with BK and I just loved finally meeting her in person! 🥹

➡️ Did you come say hi to us at the PS Bookcon booth?!

Starting the year nice and slowwww! 🐢🐌🚶🏼‍♀️

While I am still trying to figure out how I want to restructure my monthly wrap ups, here’s a quick cutie pie reading wrap up! I want to work on making templates so I can spend less time on content creation and more time on the things I truly enjoy- like reading! So, send me all your tips, tricks, and ideas to make your reading wrap up easier.🤗

I am still going strong with year 3 of my book savings tracking and while I didn’t read much, I’ll take a savings anywhere I can! I’m still living off a free month of KU subscription, hence no adjustments in that column for the month of January. This year, less is more in my book so saving is going to be top priority and I can’t wait to see where we end up!

This month I listened to 3 audiobooks! I checked out Holding the Reins from my library (shout out @kingcountylibrary for having a great selection!!) with the intention of reading the physical copy but….nope!🤣 Better luck reading more in February!

My total for the month of January in Savings was $40.91 with $0.00 in adjustments.

Happy New Year everyone!!! Wishing a happy healthy safe new year to you and yours! 💗

I have a feeling 2026 is going to be just what a lot of people need whether that’s pedal to the floor, tapping the breaks, branching out, trying something new or finding yourself…. We got this!

2025 was a fun new adventure for me in this world and it’s because of these ladies that it was even more wonderful than I could have imagined. If it was creative inspiration, rambling voice notes, supporting my insane ideas, or just being there for a laugh and a smile, my world in this Booksta world was pure joy because of them and I wouldn’t change that for anything. So thank you all and I know I’m gonna see amazing things from you all in 2026!! 💗
