POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Ran into some of my favorite lane performers the other week at @spokanerenaissancefaire! From giant ogres who stop to smell the flowers, to bloom jousting with shiny knights, and running away from fairy catchers & smashers (who for some reason keep mistaking me for a fairy 🙄) there's never a dull moment at a renaissance faire!!

But perhaps my favorite moments of all take place with the young (AND young at heart) attendees who play my little bloomwitch games or help me hoist my flower high into the sky for a drink of sunshine. I think each and every one of you have a touch of Bloomwitch magic about you 🤭✨️

Spokane Renaissance Faire marks the end of my event appearances for this year, but I am so looking forward to the moment I get to see friends old and new next season ☺️💛

This year was my first full year out as Flora and it was an incredibly joyful and moving experience. Thank you to those who reached out or shared heartfelt messages, they'll mean more than you'll ever know. And thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the patrons, performers, and faire organizers who made this year's faire season very special and dear to me. ❤️

It’s your LAST WEEK to experience “Iron & Honor: The Art of Knighthood!” The exhibition closes at 5pm on Sunday, October 11.

This exhibition brings legendary figures to life through an exceptional selection of objects from the collection of European weaponry and armor from the Stibbert Museum in Florence, Italy. From battlefields to royal courts, explore the various aspects of the knights’ life including their code of honor, their equipment, their role in military actions and their role in the societies of the Middle Ages. This exhibition provides a rare opportunity for Spokane to get a closer look at the masterpieces of complete suits of armor, helmets, swords, and shields that highlight the incredible craftsmanship of the era’s artisans.

Exhibition organized by Contemporanea Progetti, Italy in collaboration with the Museo Stibbert, Florence, Italy.

Presenting Sponsor: Patty and Jerry Dicker

Supporting Sponsors: Stone Group of Companies and Ten Capital.
