When your trainer says “15 more seconds” and your body says, “MA’AM, WE’RE DONE!” 😂💀

Y’all, I thought I was in pretty good shape until Blake at HIIVE Bootcamp decided to humble me! 🤣

45 minutes of getting my 🍑 kicked, my legs questioning my life choices, and me providing the entertainment because apparently I can’t even suffer in silence! 😂

Blake brought the workout, and I brought the comedy! At one point, I genuinely thought I wasn’t going to make it. But you know what? I DID!

And that’s the message. 💪

At 45, I’m not trying to compete with anybody. I’m challenging myself to keep moving, keep growing, keep laughing, and keep showing up, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Huge shout-out to Blake for pushing me and to Heather, the owner of HIIVE, for creating a place where people can challenge themselves!

If I can do it, YOU can do it too!

Health is wealth, and I’m investing in ME! 💙

Now somebody come help me find my legs! 😂🤣

No two bodies are the same, and that’s okay! 🐝

During Boot Camp, you can ALWAYS ask for a modification. Whether you’re new to fitness, working around an injury, or just need a different option, our coaches are here to help!

Here are a few common modifications you’ll see in class. Work at YOUR pace and make it work for YOU! 💪

Your workout. Your pace. Your progress. 🐝
