Meet the final comic of this month’s Weirdo Show: Jonah Nink! Come see him kill it at Bughouse this Sunday 10/18 ✨

Jonah Nink is a rising comedian from Chicago with a knack for wordplay, off-colour takes and wild true stories, all punctuated by a unique low and slow delivery. He’s been making waves in the Chicago scene, with past gigs include spots at Lincoln Lodge, Second City, Fat Willy’s Comedy Club, The Annoyance, iO Theater and Blind Barber. Jonah has also contributed writing to nationally-recognized comedy brands including McSweeney’s Internet Tendency and The Hard Times.

Time to meet the comedians on this month’s Weirdo Show! Meet standup comedian Des Mulrooney. ✨
I remember meeting Des at an open mic in STL when I was just starting out in comedy. He is hilarious and performs around the country basically nonstop, and I’m excited to have him on the Weirdo Show!

Des starred as “David” on The Road Dog on Amazon Prime. He also just taped his debut special for DryBar Comedy. So be on the lookout! 👀

Meet the comics of this month’s Weirdo Show! I’m so excited to have a drag queen on this show: the fabulous Femme de Violette! 💜

Femme De Violette is the busty Broadway broad who got off the bus just a liiiittle too late, and is making sense of this modern world around her while trying to keep her divas alive. She’s the hostess and producer of Composure at the Newport Theatre, hit plus size variety show Thick And Twisted, and one fourth of the producing body of Stand Up Strip Down, Chicago’s only stand up and burlesque show. You can find Femme all over this beautiful Windy City bringing her larger than life personality everywhere- can’t believe it fits in a suitcase! 🧳

Meet the comedians in this month’s Weirdo Show!
First spotlight: Conner Stumm. He’s my best friend’s boyfriend. But nepotism is not at play here! After seeing his characters, I wrote down “MUST BOOK” in my notes. Now, you can see him on October 18 at Bughouse! 🎃

Conner Stumm (he/him) is so excited to be performing in the Weirdo Show! You can also see him at The Second City in the family friendly “Rudolph Runs Wild” through the end of the year. He would like to thank Batman and Scooby Doo for always reminding him to face his fears and be brave!
