I discovered such a cool makeup hack that literally pops out my eyes!

Step 1- apply eyeliner on the upper lash line but inside the waterline area.

Step 2- do the same for the lower waterline.

Step 3- apply some eyeshadow on the crease. Should be neutral colored, not too dark and blend it in.

Step 4- apply a darker eyeshadow on the upper lid lash line. Make it thin in the inner corners of the eyes and thicker as you go to the outer eye. Blend it in together.

Step 5- apply mascara and clean it up if needed.

Finished!

My weight loss update-
Last year I weight 230lbs since April.
I was struggling with binge eating disorder, completely checked out, really bad eating habits, severe bloating, inflammation, physical pain and had really bad discipline.

Now a year and a half later, I’ve lost 25 lbs. If I was more consistent , I’m sure I would’ve lost more by now. I genuinely have been so upset with myself but I accepted that fact that this is something I have to do for the rest of my life. It’s not a one time diet. It’s a lifestyle.

I did develop much more discipline. I workout and walk daily. I eat 85% of the time very clean. And I am consistently losing weight slowly.

I recently got diagnosed with NACCH- an adrenal gland disorder that raises cortisol and testosterone, causing PCOS, hypothyroidism, prediabetes, scoliosis and disc degeneration.
I haven’t had my period in ivermectin a year.

I’m doing a 30 day natural Beautymaxxing challenge to show you my current progress and what I’ll look like after 30 days.

I’m working on 4 main things-
Reducing puffiness and inflammation in my body- with eating and exercise

Releasing tension in my muscles and creating a lifted look for my face. Treating facial asymmetry, double chin, and lifting- with face yoga and myofascial release

Posture training and exercises- to align my spine and body to the proper form and reduce back and neck pain.

Growing my hair and strengthening it.

Nervous system regulation- I’m implementing my nervous system exercises I learned to continue my healing journey.

I may not be born or blessed with the best genetics. I may be prone to a bunch hormonal condition, but I won’t let that stop me from loving my body and keep working to improve myself.

If this resonates with you, follow for more of my natural beauty maxxing journey!
