What a way to end International Women’s Week at Kushty Beauty.

Today I set off on my first ever 10K run at the Women’s Series in Olympic Park something I never thought I’d be here saying, let alone actually doing.

But being surrounded by incredible women along the way has completely changed how I see running. What once felt tough has become something I genuinely enjoy, and that’s down to the encouragement and support you feel when you’re part of these run clubs @sisrunstoo @thebaduway

The thing that keeps you going the most is the energy around you — women cheering each other on, lifting each other up, and showing real strength. Hearing people’s stories, seeing where they started and the challenges they’ve overcome is so empowering.

Seeing women of all ages out there today was inspiring. Different journeys, different experiences, some who have been through difficult times, but all showing up and pushing ourselves.

That’s what days like this are about! strength, encouragement and women supporting women.

So grateful for the support from friends and family too, and especially for the younger women (my nieces) watching. I hope they see days like this and feel inspired to push themselves, believe in themselves and go after whatever they want in life.

Happy International Women’s Day. 💜🏃‍♀️
