Happy Sat(urn)day! I am still coming down from the go-go-go of abundant April and who I had the opportunity to spend time with.

As I process this Flower Moon in Scorpio 💐🦂 and first of May energy (as a Scoprio stellium, north node Taurus, and Pops birthday month), I realized how mysterious I have been, especially throughout the last 10 years!

Social media has educated some, hardened some, revealed some, healed some, and the list goes on and on. I was once one who shared my outings and involvement in the community. What was once a tool to promote and connect with friends had become this survellience, cesspool of judgment, misinformation, therapy, instant fame, place to disconnect from the real world, oversharing, etc.😔🥺

I, too, have been guilty of disconnecting, starting around 2018, Pland*mic, and even more after my pops elevation in 2021, and just scrolling while wanting to share but so over the lookers and judgers!

As one who worked in and wanted to be a publicist (BA in PR minor in Advertisement, Marketing & Graphic Design) in the entertainment industry, during the early part of my journey, I am so glad I didn't! Chiiiiile, the facade and the way they have to deal with the media and people, yeah no! Part of that journey led me to the various facets of who I am today as it pertains to creativity, mindfulness, mental health, and spirituality.

As I have been told, my voice is to be heard whether through my natal chart, Odus, elders - Shamanic Astrologer (SIP Sao Long), White Eagle (SIP Mataji), @baba_akasanmon, @jujusoreal and countless others! Even though I don't like going live on social media or sharing what I do not to mention I still get anxiety during public speaking.

During this journey to #undeniable50, now that Uranus is out of Taurus, I said I would be more present to share, connecting with #undeniablesouls and being back in the community. So prepare to see more @undeniablealchemy as I continue to doula myself through this process of being and sharing! 🥂🫶🏿✨️🙏🏿

Spring is here… and with it comes an invitation to begin again 🌱✨

This is the season where the earth softens, where seeds are planted, and where life remembers how to grow. And just like the land, we too are being asked to open… to clear… to make space.
Gratitude is not just a feeling—it is a practice that creates room for more.
More peace.
More clarity.
More alignment.
More life.
When we gather at the river, we are not just sitting near water…
we are sitting with a force that knows how to move.

The river flows freely and powerfully—
carrying away what is heavy, what is ready to be released…
and at the same time, it has the ability to bring in new energy just as quickly.

There is something sacred about being in that exchange.
And beyond what we see, the river offers medicine in ways we don’t always name—
the charged air, the movement, the rhythm…
supporting our bodies, calming the nervous system,
clearing the mind, and opening the spirit.
Surrounded by the desert and held between the mountains,
we return to something ancient within ourselves—
something that remembers how to be still…
and how to flow.

If you feel called to release, to give thanks, and to make space for what is next…
come sit with us.

Day of Gratitude: A River Ceremony 🌊

📍 Whitewater Preserve, Whitewater CA

RSVP: Text “GRATITUDE” to 951-444-0129

💜Grief is universal. We all carry it — but too often, we carry it alone.

🕯️The Good Grief Campaign is here to change that.

This movement is about creating space for grief to be seen, spoken, and shared.

It’s about remembering that grief is not weakness — it’s love with nowhere to go.

Here’s how you can join in:

🌱 Share your story. Record a short video about why it’s important to express grief, and TAG ME be sure to use #GoodGriefCampaign.

🌱 Look for the hearts I’m placing in our communities — each one stitched with love as a reminder that grief is sacred.

🌱 Join our monthly online grief circle, The Covenant, or connect through my Patreon for ongoing tools, rituals, and community support.

🌱 Explore my book A Walk with Grief as a companion for your own journey.

🦋Good Grief is about transforming silence into community, pain into power, and sorrow into something sacred.

🦋Together, we can shift the culture around grief. Together, we heal. Now that’s #GoodGrief

🌀Your grief is sacred. Come find extra support on my website that honors every part of you #LinkInBio
