Guess who cleaned out her makeup and skincare empties cabinet

Guess who cleaned out her makeup and skincare empties cabinet.

I used save all my empties to keep a running visual of what works for me and what doesn’t, but in the past 5 years I’ve stripped back my skincare to the basics.

i still love skincare, I just use less of it!!!

Beauty of Joseon is my #1. Asian version not the US version!!! Looks good, feels good, doesn’t burn my eyes when i sweat in class. I panic bought enough to last me through the year during the tariff scare. If you’re abroad in Europe or Asia, pick up your sunscreen there omg.

The Dieux Instant Angel moisturizer feels nice, thick enough to feel nourishing and layers nicely under makeup. I switched to Air Angel for summer.

I pick up Deliverance when my skin feels extra sensi.

Favorite serum when I just want a little more out of my skincare.

When my face feels extra congested and breakout prone. Don’t use these often anymore since I use a toner spray from my esti.

Regular checkins with Molly for a dermaplane and peel! She notices changes in my skin before I do sometimes.

The smell and feel beats any other moisturizing toner I’ve ever tried.

I didn’t get a clip of the cleanser empties because i tend to switch and don’t save them or i take almost empty ones on trips and finish them in a hotel, but the krave beauty one is what I go back to the most

In honor of Galentine’s Day coming up, I had a chat with one of my best gals Molly at @sisterstudioesthetics about why she loves using Red Light in her luxurious and soothing services.

Red Light Recovery sessions are a great add-on to any class. In addition to muscle recovery benefits, Red Light has so many total body health benefits when used regularly!

Recovery is where our bodies transform from the inside out after putting in all that work. I love doing red light during a cool down, as demonstrated by me and Ari in this video, while the body is coming back from high intensity exercise to promote cellular energy, healing, prevent inflammation and soreness.

You can book a session with your next class using your Premium or Essential subscription, and be sure to take an extra self care moment this Galentine’s day and book with Molly for a facial!

And for all our gal pals, come take a night off with some self care and fun with your Body Method team at our Paint N’ Sip on February 20 at 6:30 💋 We’ll be running movie night for the little ones next door!

As I sit here reflecting on today’s celebration, I am completely overwhelmed with gratitude. Every single person who showed up, supported us, shared kind words, hugs, laughter — it truly meant more than I can put into words.

The atmosphere was full of love and life — almost electric — and it reminded me exactly why this dream was worth chasing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came out to support and celebrate with us.

This is only the beginning of something truly special, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.
