7+ years at eXp and I am STILL obsessed. I have a 🔥 in my belly for what we’re building.

There was a time when I thought leading and building was my responsibility to carry.

Then came the answered prayer, God blessed me with the gift of building with leaders. 🙏

It was scary at first.

What do you mean I don’t have to do it all?

God’s message was clear…

This is the season other leaders lead the way and take you to a new level, where your leadership multiplies beyond what you could ever do alone.

Build with others, through others, and lead with purpose.

Building with builders is a whole different game. It hits different.

Leaders understand the mission!

This week I watched it play out on the biggest stage.

Our leaders didn’t just attend eXp Con. They led, hosted, emceed, prayed, taught, and threw the party.

Highlighting some of our amazing partners, co-sponsor friends and industry leaders who owned the stage this week and showed up to lead 👇

You can have it all!

Let’s build. 🤝

Thank you to every partner, industry partner, and eXp friend who has trusted me.

What a wild ride, and we’re just getting started. 🔥

The SaaS era just changed.

Salesforce and Anthropic just announced Claudeforce, bringing Claude directly into Salesforce so AI can reason across a company’s live business data, understand its workflows and business logic, and actually take action.

Think about what that means.

Instead of humans living inside software, clicking through screens, pulling reports and trying to figure out what the data is telling them, AI is beginning to sit on top of the business itself — understanding the data, finding the answer and helping execute what should happen next.

Think about what that means.

For the last 20 years, software has worked something like this:

Data → SaaS → Dashboard → Human → Decision → Action

We are moving toward:

Private Data → AI → Insight → Action

But here’s the part I believe matters most.

Access to the data isn’t the moat.

Understanding what the data MEANS is.

That’s exactly why we built Sisu, and more importantly, why we built Sunburst.

Sisu already understands the operating system of a real estate business: your pipeline, agents, appointments, conversion rates, transactions, commissions, goals and performance.

Sunburst puts intelligence on top of it.

It doesn’t just tell a team leader what happened.

It identifies where GCI is leaking.

It identifies which agents need coaching.

It runs the agent check ins.

It understands commitments and goals.

It surfaces opportunities.

And increasingly, it helps determine what should happen next.

This is where I believe software is going.

The winners won’t just give you more dashboards.

They’ll understand your business and help you run it.

That’s the future we’re building at Sisu.

I had to admit something to myself this year: I had become too far removed from my own business.

And the business was showing it.

I didn’t need to step back in and do everyone’s jobs. I needed to lead at a higher level.

So I did.

We’re up 38% this year.

Turns out, the biggest thing I needed to change wasn’t the business. It was how I was leading it.

And now we’re opening the doors to Utah Life for two days so you can see exactly how we run it.

If you’re a team owner and want to come inside, comment OPERATOR and I’ll send you the details

Most real estate leaders know weekly agent one on ones matter.

They also know how difficult they are to run consistently.

So Sunburst does it for you.

Every Monday, Sunburst checks in with every agent, identifies what is preventing pipeline movement, tells them the truth about their performance, and creates a measurable commitment for the week.

The leader gets visibility.

The agent gets personalized coaching.

And opportunities stop quietly leaking out of the pipeline.

This is not another dashboard telling you what already happened.

Sunburst is The AI Agent for Agents, helping your people improve what happens next.

Comment CHECK IN and I’ll show you how it works.

Agent to CEO. Unless You Just Want a Job. 🔑

Episode 22 of my Weekly Recap as a Team Leader at REAL.

Too many agents focus on one thing. Selling houses and how much they make on the next deal. That is fine if you want a job. But if you want to own a business, you have to audit every aspect of it.

We partner with our team so they build businesses that create real freedom. Location freedom. Time freedom. Financial freedom.

💰 AUDIT YOUR FINANCES
✅ Know where every penny goes so your write offs are waiting at tax time.
✅ REAL Wallet gives every agent a business bank account with the professional fee paid into it.
✅ Personal pay to your personal account. Business expenses through the business.
✅ No digging through twelve months of receipts.

📇 AUDIT YOUR DATABASE
✅ So many agents are flying by the seat of their pants.
✅ We use Battr connected to Follow Up Boss.
✅ Every morning it finds who you forgot to follow up with and nudges you.
✅ Do the follow ups. Do the nurtures. The clients will be plentiful.

📈 AUDIT YOUR NUMBERS
✅ We use Sisu.
✅ How many conversations to set an appointment? How many meetings to get a showing, an under contract, and a closing?
✅ Know those numbers and you know how many people to talk to every month.

🎙️ AUDIT YOUR COMMUNICATIONS
✅ We use Shilo.ai. It listens to our agents’ conversations and scores them one to five.
✅ It shows their top moments and where to improve.

Audit every part of your business. That is what takes you from operating a business to owning one.

🎉 SHOUTOUTS

Buyers under contract: Andrea, Yadira, David, Veronica, Diksha
Sellers under contract: Veronica, Megan, Keifah
Closings: Charles back on the board with 1, Diksha 2, Megan 3 plus a listing
Veronica closed her very first deal with the team. Congratulations, Veronica.

Eight closings in one week. So proud of this team.

🎂 Happy birthday to my sweetie of ten years, Megan Blackwell. None of this happens without her. 🥳

There’s been a lot of talk lately about the “tough market.”

And yes, the market has changed. But here’s what hasn’t...

Success has always belonged to the people willing to do what others won’t.

Less than two months ago, we opened the doors to our UT County, UTAH LIFE office with one goal: build a culture of agents who are committed to growth, accountability, and showing up every single day.

The result? We’re already watching agents gain momentum, build confidence, serve more clients, and create success—even in a market that many are calling “impossible.”

The market isn’t your business plan.
Your daily habits are.

The agents who consistently prospect, sharpen their skills, follow proven systems, and stay focused on serving people will always outperform those waiting for the “perfect market.”

Success doesn’t happen because the market gets easier. It happens because your standards get higher.

If you’re ready to stop making excuses and start building a business that thrives in any market, we’d love to have you in the room.

The market doesn’t decide your future.
You do.
