Introducing our first highlight. @size3art

Have a wee read and get to know our artists and makers. With over 320 artists we want to praise each and every one.

Hi, I'm Karen, the creative behind size3art - a one-woman small biz based in Lanarkshire.

size3art is about colourful and expressive art and design. Using premium quality materials as sustainably as possible, size3art aims to spread a little joy and help you to connect.

ABOUT MY ART:

I paint intuitively, using everyday life and feelings to guide me into producing one-of-a-kind colourful abstracts that are open for your interpretation.

ABOUT MY GREETING CARDS:

I use my art to inspire and design greeting cards making them truly unique. My cards aim to catch your attention and deliver a message - especially for hard-to-find recipients. I take great pride in using only premium-quality card-stock and envelopes - a commitment that's a core value of size3art.

It’s amazing the connections that are made through childhood cancer. Most through the magical world of social media, some through friends of family and others through friends of friends. In this case, sweet Avery Rae and her journey, were connected to us through friends of family. Seeing this sweet, strong, brave face show up in my inbox this morning validated once again, why we send cards.

You’ve got this girl 💪🏻
All our love from Northern CA.

#InTheFrame today is Size3 Art, Karen creates abstract acrylic paintings as well as a great selection of greeting cards. You can find several of her newest original pieces in our Edinburgh shop!

"It's part of a small series of 4 abstract landscapes...I was compelled to paint them after a short break to the beautiful Isle of Skye this summer. To say the landscapes and views there were breathtaking, would be an understatement "
