1 YEAR OF ELEVATE MASSAGE THERAPY

A year ago, I started EMT with the aim of helping people move better, feel better and get back to doing what they love.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many amazing clients and athletes, support recovery at events and build connections I’m incredibly grateful for.

Running a business has brought plenty of lessons and challenges, but seeing clients return and recommend me to others makes all the hard work worthwhile.

To everyone who’s booked a treatment, left a review, shared a post or supported me along the way - thank you. Every bit of support has helped me get to this point!

🥊 FIGHT WEEK | MIKAELA MAYER

Had the opportunity to treat @mikaelamayer twice ahead of her title fight, helping manage a niggle through her traps and upper back.

Both sessions focused on relieving tension, improving movement and making sure she was feeling good heading into fight night. 🥊

Great experience to play a part in her preparation before another big night. 🏆

🏃‍♂️ LONDON MARATHON 🏅

Great experience being down at the London Marathon, helping runners recover after taking on the full 26.2 miles.

After months of training and a huge effort on race day, the focus was on helping tired legs recover, easing post-race tightness and getting the body moving again.

A great day working with so many runners and being part of such a massive event. 🙌

🏋️‍♂️ ATHX GAMES LIVERPOOL ⚡️

Great experience being part of the recovery team at @athx_games Liverpool, helping athletes recover after putting their bodies through some seriously demanding events.

It was great working with so many athletes, helping with pre and post-event recovery, easing tired muscles and getting them feeling better after competing.

A brilliant event to be involved in and another great experience for Elevate Massage Therapy working within a competitive sporting environment. 🙌

A massive congratulations to @sj.singh21 on successfully defending his belt! Hard work throughout camp, followed by a class performance that kept the title in his hands.

This reel gives you a look at his pre-fight sports massage, focusing on his back, hamstrings and calves. We worked on easing muscle tension and supporting comfortable movement after the demands of training camp, helping him feel ready heading into the ring. What a day. What a start. 💥

The turnout was unbelievable, the energy was electric, and the talent on display was truly something special. To see so many people come together and support the event means more than words can say.

A huge thank you to every boxer who stepped up and showcased their skills, heart, and dedication. You are what makes this all possible. Thank you as well to everyone who made the journey, cheered from ringside, and helped create such an incredible atmosphere.

Special thanks to Pops at MLSS for hosting us, and to all those working tirelessly behind the scenes. Events like this don’t happen without the commitment and passion of so many people.
The support, messages, and excitement we’ve received since have been overwhelming in the best possible way. Hearing so many people ask, “When’s the next one?” tells us everything we need to know.

6 days ago I completed my first ever HYROX🏋️

Today, I completed my first ever 15K🏃

All whilst running a business, being a husband, a father, and trying to become the best version of myself every day.

A huge thank you to the @locco.365 community for showing up, supporting one another and creating an environment where people can push themselves beyond what they thought was possible.

A special thank you to my PTs, @hmb__fitness @elliebirdfitness , who helped get me race-ready with less than 6 days to prepare after HYROX. Your guidance, support and belief made a huge difference.

This journey has never been about showing off.
It’s about chasing goals you once thought were out of reach.
It’s about stepping outside your comfort zone, testing your limits and realising you’re capable of far more than you give yourself credit for.

I share the wins, the setbacks and everything in between because if one person sees this and decides to start their fitness journey, sign up for that event, tackle that challenge or simply believe in themselves a little more, then it’s all worth it.

The response to the launch of PBC has been fantastic!
So now it’s time to bring the community together.

PBC officially launches with an Open Training Day hosted at England Boxing affiliated gym:

11am to 2pm ⏲️

Open to amateur carded boxers. All clubs, coaches at all levels are welcome 🥊

Networking, media, interviews & photo opportunities. Meet and connect with Punjabi fighters from across the amateur scene with many national champions in attendance.

This is about visibility, representation and building a stronger Punjabi presence in amateur boxing.
