Jess and Eric were inspired by their first official date—a sunset picnic at Sunset Cliffs—during their wedding planning. Five years after the successful picnic date (complete with Jess’s favorite foods and a carefully curated playlist), Eric returned to that very spot to propose, with family and friends waiting nearby to celebrate.

The ceremony site featured a custom gingham aisle runner stretching across the sand toward a two-tiered platform for vows. At the reception, Amorology created a playful escort display inviting guests to tables themed around classic picnic staples—games, tunes, grapes, cheese and wine—each layered with intentional details, from miniature baskets holding place cards to whimsical ants “carrying” tiny treasures down the tables. Individual picnic baskets awaited guests at dinner, while low-hung florals and softly glowing lamps framed the head table. Instead of a traditional guest book, loved ones signed a picnic blanket at the “Napkin Notes” station.

A December wedding beneath blue California skies.

Cooler evening temperatures called for a tented reception, but the day brought spectacular weather, letting this couple and their guests celebrate in the sunshine and enjoy the outdoors throughout their wedding weekend at Stonepine.

Proof that a winter wedding can be every bit as beautiful as the season itself.

BTS with Mantra. 🎥

Every collection has a story, and we love bringing it to life in the places that inspire it.

For our Sonoran Desert collection, we headed to Arizona to immerse ourselves in the warm earth tones, desert landscapes, and golden light that shaped our fall palette.

Swipe for a peek behind the scenes—from dreaming up concepts to capturing the details, with plenty of laughs and good vibes in between. ☺️🌵

September 20,2024 🤍 The Walkers
2 years married to my best friend at our favorite place.

A few days late, because we were on our anniversary trip, but I wanted to go down memory lane and reshare photos from the best day ever!

I always ask my couples how they met, so I thought I’d share my story.

I met my husband 10 years ago working at restaurant together. The first day I saw him, I knew he was the one. And 4 months later on our first date in September I found out he felt the same exact way 🥹

Our first date was a beach day at Scripps in La Jolla. So when he finally proposed 6 years later we both knew there was no other venue we’d want to get married at than the place we had our very first date.

So Scripps Seaside Forum holds a very special place in our hearts & we spend every weekend enjoying a beach day right where we got married 🤍
