The older I get, the more I realize that loneliness isn’t always about having nobody around. Sometimes it’s being surrounded by people and still feeling like you have nowhere safe to put your trust.

Life has a way of teaching you that everyone’s intentions aren’t pure, everyone’s loyalty has limits, and everyone’s motives don’t always align with the love they claim to have for you. Those lessons can leave you feeling isolated—even in a crowded room.

“All Alone” wasn’t written to chase a moment. It was written from lived experience. It’s about choosing peace over pretending, protecting your spirit, and learning to stand on your own when trust becomes hard to give.

If you’ve ever carried that weight, I hope this record reminds you that you’re not the only one who’s felt it.

🎧 “All Alone” by Kevin Cooks & AG Da Genius Child from the Growing Pains album. Thank you for listening, sharing, and walking this journey with us. BANDCAMP LINK IN BIO TO PURCHASE AND DOWNLOAD. On all dsps July 10th!

“504” is more than a song—it’s a love letter to where I come from.

Born and raised in New Orleans, the 504 made me who I am. This record is about the people, the culture, the resilience, and the memories that stay with you no matter where life takes you. From the neighborhoods to the music, the food, and the spirit of the city, this one is for everyone who’s ever called the 504 home.

Big shout out to my brother Ag Da Genius Child for bringing this vision to life with authentic production reminiscent of when New Orleans was being called the crescent city that perfectly captures the feeling of home. We wanted this track to feel like riding through the city with the windows down, repping your ward during Mardi Gras or a second line.

If you’ve ever had a place that shaped your soul, I hope this record speaks to you.

Sometimes the best moments in life are the ones where you slow down, roll the windows down, and enjoy the ride.

“Cadillac Pimpn” featuring Jamez Boogie is a tribute to Texas car culture—the slab scene, candy paint, clean classics, and the peaceful lifestyle that comes with cruising with good people and good music.

If you’ve ever appreciated a Sunday drive, a classic Cadillac, or the feeling of leaving your worries behind for a while, this one is for you.

Turn it up, ride out, and let the music do the rest. LINK TO PURCHASE IN BIO

3 – Juwan Scippio | Newberry

Back-to-back District Champion.

A long, versatile SG/SF who does a little bit of everything. Juwan can handle the rock, create for others, and knock down open shots with confidence. When he gets downhill, he puts constant pressure on the rim and forces defenses to collapse.

Defensively? Plug him anywhere. He can guard guards. He can switch onto bigs. Length, effort, and toughness travel.

A true two-way piece and a proven winner for the Newberry Panthers.

Playoffs are here — and Juwan is ready.
