Yesterday, @sjscommunity and Tech CU provided @10kdegrees with a $25,000 grant to fund their Money Matters: Budgeting for College program for the 23-24 school year! 💵📚

Money Matters is an interactive financial aid literacy curriculum designed for 11th grade students that shows them that post-secondary education can be affordable. In addition to the funding, volunteers from the Sharks and @techcu packed the program’s hands-on workshop materials for the 500+ students it serves!

It's the season for a little extra giving 🎁

With the help of @sap4good, the Sharks granted @cityteam a $140,000 Community Assist Grant to support their Alameda County Expansion Project.

Yesterday Team Teal helped distribute Chromebooks and food to the Rainbow Center Oakland and toys to the Iglesia Hebreos Pantry in Hayward. 💙

It’s #thankfulthursday!

As part of our Hockey Fights Cancer initiative, we recently received a $5,000 grant from the Sharks Foundation during their Hockey Fights Cancer Month p/b Kaiser Permanente! 💜🎗️

In 2022, 55 children with cancer will benefit from pediatric home health care through Coastal Kids, this includes 26 children living in Santa Clara County. Access to comprehensive in-home services will benefit both our pediatric patients and their families for a total of 248 individuals including 117 in Santa Clara County. In total during November, the Sharks Foundation donated $119,960 and impacted 3,897 lives! We so appreciate the continued partnership with the Sharks Foundation.

We are grateful to @sjscommunity for its support during Hockey Fights Cancer Month presented by Kaiser Permanente. As a beneficiary of the Sharks’ 50/50 Raffle presented by Cache Creek Casino, we can help families and children facing a critical illness with everyday essentials, including gas cards and vouchers to the hospital cafeteria. Thank you, Sharks Territory!

Next Wednesday, December 7th at 7:30pm, help us cheer on the Sharks as we join them for their game against the Vancouver Canucks! The @sjscommunity is generously holding a 50/50 raffle during the game to benefit Family Giving Tree’s helmet program - to ensure we keep the precious noggins of our wish recipients of scooter and skateboards safe and sound. Spread the word to the @sanjosesharks fans in your life!

We hear a few tickets are still available! Thanks, Sharks! 🙏🏽🦈❤️

💫 UPDATE: Thanks to @sjscommunity in partnership with @cachecreekcasino we were received $4,150 towards our Holiday Helmet Program! 🎉 Congratulations to last Thursday night's winner who took home half the $8,300 pot! Thank you to all the raffle sellers who worked with us to promote throughout the arena! You're amazing!
