Two and a half years ago, @dom_deignan hit me up to jam with @sjwrightttt and Stillwater Revival was born.

With Dom on guitar, Sam on fiddle, @kfisch__ on bass, @cole.roberts8 on keys, and @_chriztian.h on drums, we played some of the coolest shows and made unforgettable memories. Even after Dom and I moved on, the boys kept it rolling with the help of @mike.affronti and did amazing things for Gainesville.

Now they’re playing their final show this week in Gainesville, Fl. If you’re in town, go send them off right.

Forever grateful for SWR. Go kick ass, boys.

Word of the day: PERSEVERANCE.

Despite playing against a brutally physical Percy Pigs squad with multiple players missing, multiple dog lager pitchers in the bellies, and epic (but unwashed) new uniforms that needed to be broken in, YOUR BALLS PERSEVERED.

This was undoubtedly the most intense and cut-throat game that the balls have played in the regular season. Playing against two soon-to-be intramural WBNA girls who combined for over half of the pigs’ points, and the little spawn of satan who fouled out with over 10 minutes left in the second half, it was a gritty and gruesome game.
But the Percy Pigs forgot one thing. The wildcats don’t lose.

Stats:
#11 Kitty cat caskey: like 20+ points again, “put them in a casket”

#13 Ella nips: clamped up the she-devil and Steph curry’s daughter, rebound monster

#34 Chanimal: made sure to keep the other team empathetically contempt by saying “sorry” every time she guarded someone

#10 Sam “fiddle boy”: rebound and put-back monster, one dunk attempt stuffed by the rim

#35 Peter “pizzzzaa”: career low of arguing with the refs, offensive foul against a girl, still hella points tho

14 Gabe “fedefreaky”: most reverse layup attempts in balls history, stellar defense and ball handling skills, crossing girls up left and right

00 Luke “p00kie”: 1 dog pitcher, 4 points, 1 bloody nose on a rebound

Special guest @mike.affronti : 6th man of the year, possibly the most clutch mid-range shot of all time
