day 2; favorite character // pandreo 💌
technically M!Alear is my favorite character in engage but because there is a day dedicated to Alear, I decided to edit my second favorite character, Pandreo!! it’s actually quite ironic how pandreo ended up being my favorite character because out of all the designs in the teaser trailer, I just really did not like his hair, and I often made fun of it, which looking back on it was not very cool of me because the hair shows his wild/party side to him while wearing a priest uniform! i also love his goofy hair now. anyways i just really like his story, and how despite having parents that basically abandoned him all alone for his sister, he turned to church and Faith and made something where a church can be a safe place for everyone! i like how even though on the surface it seems like he’s not very serious, he’s actually quite dedicated and loyal to stuff he cares about. i don’t know. i feel like we just all need a pandreo in our lives, an enthusiastic person who can let things go and be free and yet still be…. how to phrase it….human??? it’s so refreshing to see a character like him in fire emblem engage idk how to explain it
although this edit wasn’t very long, it was more of an experimental edit to continue trying a mograph style and make it look more smooth between clips/scenes. i think i did pretty well! but i ran out of ideas towards the end and hence why i looped it 4 times ☠️☠️☠️ i hope to continue learning this style until im comfortable with it! i love learning new things, especially when it comes to editing!
