THE FUND-RACE IS ON! The Sweep’s main mission is to do the most good for the food bank. Racing around the city grabbing groceries is one way we do that. The other? Fundraising! The math’s deliciously simple: $1=2 meals for folks facing food insecurity.

You can get involved by going to “Fundraising” on our homepage and clicking “DONATE.” From there, you can support an existing fund-racer, or scroll to the bottom to start your own fundraising campaign (and a chance to win prizes). Now go get that 🍞

This year's silly (and belated) birthday challenge: skating 31 miles and doing 131 pullups 🤡. Silly and hard things are good for the spirit!

The whole skating endeavor took about 4.5 hours with plenty of breaks between laps and a few Modelos in the middle. I had a devilishly squeaky wheel so I removed it entirely which kinda worked. Headwinds from the West got a little vicious towards the end there.

Thanks to everyone who came to skate, hang, and support! Twas a delightful time down by the Bay.

Also shout out to @spothuntersensei for the skates!!

Wow, has it already been 3 days since the Supermarket Street Sweep?

A grocery pallet full of gratitude goes out to all of our volunteers, racers, fundraisers, and sponsors.

Some early numbers:
4,500+ lbs of food donated
$3,700+ raised
60+ racers
1 day of glorious weather

The Sweep’s Sweet 16 was only the 2nd edition since its pandemic hiatus, and we’re proud to see this beloved event coming back to life.

Expect a link with race photos (free for download) soon. Thanks again!

The @redbull Bay Climb is one of my favorite events of the year and was super stoked to hear they teamed up with @missioncrit to pull of an amazing weekend of racing and riding. Bummed that I couldn't participate this year but went out there and cheered everyone on anyways.

There are a TON more pictures linked in my bio if you're looking for more pics.

See you all next year!
