Fall is officially here, and our October edition is packed with all things local, seasonal, and community. 🧡
Inside this month’s newsletter:

🏡 What’s happening in our local real estate market
🎃 Fall events & fun around town
🍁 Helpful seasonal homeowner tips
📍 Community news & highlights
🐾 Adorable featured pets
🏪 Local businesses you’ll want to know
👋 Neighbors doing great things
…and a few more goodies along the way!

📖 Want to grab a copy?
Stop by Balston Mercantile, Flaunt, or Modest Florist this weekend. You can also find copies at many of the businesses and public locations featured in this month’s edition.

✨ And maybe YOU should be in our next one!

We’re always looking for local pets with personality, businesses worth discovering, upcoming community events, and neighbors doing something wonderful. If you have someone—or something—we should feature, send us a message! We’d love to hear about it. 🧡

And of course, real estate is what we do! 🏡 If you have questions about the market, are thinking about making a move, or know someone who is, we’re always just a call, text, or message away.

🍁 Here’s to a beautiful October and another great month in our community!
