Working the Top shoulder in a man turn 🛼

We stay top shoulder to eliminate the deep ball.

• Eyes on near hip while maintaining top shoulder leverage

• Match WR Speed

• Stay in phase and squeeze to WR once route declares vertically or WR shuts down their hips

• Finish with eyes on the hip until the ball is thrown

The rep isn’t about moving or running faster—it’s about leveraging the receiver, staying in phase, reacting the the recievers hips and taking away explosive plays.

Your eyes tell you where you wanna go! See where you’re going!

Eyes ➡️ Feet ➡️ Ball

The quicker your eyes get to the exit point, the quicker your feet can plant, drive, and close the window.
