How could we, who have God’s Spirit within us, ever rob, cheat, oppress, or harm others, within whom the Spirit also dwells? ~ Beatrice Bruteau

@skatewild is an organization dedicated to “Connecting skateboarders to the outdoors”. We are stoked to donating 1% of all orders to a scholarship fund which allows kids from underserved communities explore the outdoors! The program offers camping, cooking over a fire, hiking to lakes, waterfalls, hot springs, fishing, survival skills and of course skateboarding.
We are proud to partner with Skate Wild and their commitment to Keep Skateboarding Wild!

Silence is one part of speech, the war cry
of wind down a mountain pass another.
A stranger's voice echoing through lonely
valleys, a lover's voice rising so close
it's your own tongue: these are keys to cipher,
the way the high hawk's key unlocks the throat
of the sky and the coyote's yip knocks
it shut, the way the aspens' bells conform
to the breeze while the rapid's drum defines
resistance. Sage speaks with one voice, pinyon
with another. Rock, wind her hand, water
her brush, spells and then scatters her demands.
Some notes tear and pebble our paths. Some notes gather: the bank we map our lives around ~ Camille T. Dungy

As we are all aware, there are many conversations about the topic of when will we as a nation, as a state (California), and as a Camp will open up to business as usual. As of now, there are city, county, and state organizations discussing the idea of how, when and if all camps in Ca will open this summer. We are being hopeful as we wait patiently as these conversations unfold. We know there is a possibility camp may not happen, but there is no official word of “yes” or “no” from these organizations. We are hoping to have information as a Camp and the YMCA mid next week as to the status of camp. We thank you for your support, love, hopeful well wishes, and patience as things get sorted out. We will share the information as soon as we receive and how it will affect our summer. Thank you again .. #skatecamp #ymcaskatecamp #bestcampwegot #waitingwithbaitedbreath #patienceisavirtue #sociallydistanced
