NEW MACHINE, NEW LEG DAY FAVORITE! 🔥🦵🏽

Coach Jay here at 24 Hour Fitness McKee, introducing the SELCORE Pendulum Squat! 💪🏽 I’m breaking down the setup, foot placement, and controlled technique so you can approach this machine with confidence.

This movement challenges your quads and glutes while the supported setup helps you focus on each rep. Control the lowering, keep your feet planted, and work through a depth you can comfortably control. Make every rep count! 🎯

Ladies AND gentlemen looking to build your glutes, develop your quads, and work toward a stronger, more defined body? Let’s train with a plan and purpose.

Not all incline chest presses are built the same. Built for serious upper chest development.

The Skelcore Incline Chest Press delivers a smooth, stable pressing motion, independent arms and serious loading potential.

Less balancing. More control. More focus on the chest.

Only at Muscleworks Loughton.

Yeah, you train your back… but do you know how to put more emphasis on your LOWER LATS? 💪🏼

It’s easy to overlook an area when you don’t know how to set up to train it. But I’m telling you, this will being your physique to the next level. With this single-arm row, my intention is specifically lower lats. 🎯 And if you have this muscle developed you can appear to have a smaller waist.

I’m using a staggered stance, gripping lower on the handle, and adjusting my body angle so I can guide my elbow toward my hip. Watch the setup because every detail has a purpose.

Different positions and pulling angles can change what part of the back you trigger. That’s why I want you to understand the movement, not just copy it.

Keep the pull controlled, squeeze, and take your time on the return. Let your arm reach without letting the weight pull you out of position.

If you can’t control it, bring the weight down and build from there. Own the pull AND the return. 💯

Save this for your next back day ✅ Want more purpose behind your training? DM me “COACH.”

It’s impossible to do too much back training. On the bodybuilding stage they say “Shows are won from the back”. And for the general gym member, keeping a strong back means less injuries as you get older and being more easily able to move your own body weight whenever you need to. Finishing off another solid training session with @teamallmax #creatine 💪 We have known for a long time that creatine helps with strength and endurance. But now we know it also has significant cognitive benefits. It’ll help with mental sharpness as we age and even helps with quick decision making after a bad night of sleep!

Use discount code “tbrey” and get in your creatine every single day!

As much as I’ve been loving this new journey with running, at the end of the day, weightlifting will always be my first love.

Running has challenged me in new ways, but lifting is where it all started. So you already know I had to pick up those 100-pound dumbbells real quick just to remind myself I still got it.

The work continues!

Get up, get after it, and God bless!
