POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

5 years in LA. 5 years at Disney.

At least once a week when I go into work I try to look around and remind myself of where I am, and how grateful and honestly lucky I am to be here. It was only a couple years ago that Camryn and I would have done nearly anything to be where we are now. I remember visiting LA for the first time when I was 17 and thinking that it would be so cool to live here someday, and now I do. It’s been a pretty great ride so far.

If you want to help two queer trans Pinoy boys out in making their dreams come true, check out our Kickstarter for Shifter’s Profocol! Link in the bio!!

Had so much fun finally visiting the Animation Building of the Walt Disney Studios, the studio that inspired me to embark on this wonderful animation journey filled with color and imagination! Special thank you to both @disneyanimation and @wia.animation for hosting us for a special Moana 2 screening! The studio inside is truly filled with carousels of color and timeless classics! #waltdisneystudios #waltdisneyanimationstudios

"Come inside of my heart if you're looking for answers.
Look at the stars, go a little bit faster.
Ooh, ooh, hoo-ahh-ooh."

Darn, I've gotten the last song syndrome. 🎶

A week after the S1 finale.
While waiting for something good to happen for the show (S2, of course), here's a little art piece (take it as a complimentary breather).

Based on one of the songs from the curated mixtape that @sketchycamel shared. (Thank you for giving these songs a great story for #Scottley)

I chose the IV of Spades song "Come Inside of My Heart" because it really fit the vibe of this piece. One: we all know that Scott is part Pinoy; two: the entire thing references the song's music video, with the vintage convertible, spades stickers, and all (look it up on YouTube); three: think of the Strawberry Moon like the Blood Moon from SVTFOE with the same purpose of bonding two souls together; and finally, the lyric on top references the titles on top of each episode.

Had such a wonderful and rainy Disney trip with the TVAnimasians! We got to try a bunch of Lunar New Year treats, and we signed something for the sketch artists at Disneyland. It was such a great way to ring in the Lunar New Year 🐉

It’s the two year anniversary of me moving out to LA! 🎉

A lot happened this year!

Had The Owl House wrap party.

Returned to MomoCon for the first time since quarantine.

Had the Hailey premiere party.

Moderated a panel at SDCC(?!)

Got a promotion to production coordinator on Multiplatform.

Got my first tattoos to commemorate my first show that I worked on and one that meant so much to me. Literally a dream come true.

It’s been a fun year! Not without its ups and downs, but LA is starting to feel more like home. 💜

(If you’re coming here from Twitter, I had to cut the photo of Nicky, Cissy, Avi, and I backstage at SDCC cause it was cropped weird 😔)
