Day 3 was cold, but the crew kept the fire of progression burning!

A big focus this week has been our setup turns and understanding how to use our bodies to generate rotation, not relying on the carve to do all the work. We’ve also spent plenty of time on one of the biggest concepts in freestyle: patience on take-off.

It’s something most athletes have heard before, but we’re digging deeper than just the words. What does patience actually mean? How do you feel it? And what cues can you create to make it repeatable under pressure? Consistency comes from understanding the why, not just hearing the coaching cue.
