Meet the Walking Shark !!!
Yes, you read that right—there is a shark that can walk on land. The incredible epaulette shark is not only a perfectly capable swimmer, but it can also “walk” between coral heads at low tide, along the seafloor, and even on land when needed. For that reason, it is often called the “walking shark.”

CROATIA (3/3): Boat life means you get to explore amazing hard-to-reach places — and in early October there’s barely anyone else around. Parking the boat is super stressful (especially when you’re the entertainment for everyone else in port), but @skipper_tom_cro ran us through drills to practice. The Adriatic Coast is a very special place, and after a whole month of living at sea we miss our 41-foot boat home. Can’t wait to return and eat more brodetto and peka!

CROATIA (2/3): Sailing continues. Takes me many tries to figure out which way the boat moves when I steer. Fortunately our skipper @skipper_tom_cro is a great teacher and completely unflappable. We’re in the off season, so there are very few people at the docks, in the streets, and in the restaurants. There are, however, plenty of people in Stari Grad watching a cover band play the Croatian hits from the ‘80s and ‘90s.
