An incredible weekend spent unplugging and stepping out of this world with all of my best friends. Feeling so loved, refreshed and ready to marry the love of my life. 🥹❤️💛💚👽🛸🏔️

A weekend in Scottsdale celebrating the bride to be!! A year ago this week, after meeting me for the 2nd time, Emily invited me to her bachelorette trip. A year later, I feel so lucky to be invited into this loving, silly, beautiful, and wonderful girl’s life. What an adventure our 5th hang was! Now let’s get you and Bill hitched 😍💒

What an incredible run we’ve had. ❤️💛 Thank you @patrickmahomes for taking our city on a wild ride this last decade. No matter the sport it’s awe inspiring to witness the best at their craft dominate. Going from “I hope we make the playoffs” to “anything less than a Super Bowl is a failure.” How spoiled we became!! Here’s to a speedy rehab & hopefully more super bowls for KC. 🙏🏼

I’m so grateful to Tess Utterback - REMAX Creative Realty for letting me catch ride her Sumati for the clinic with Natalie Hummel Coaching and Hannah Sue! Sumati is for sale and I was blown away at how well he packed me around considering I had never ridden him and haven’t jumped a single pole or fence since last fall.

This past year, I’ve healed and forgiven and expanded and navigated the worst grief of my life and become so fully myself due to Natalie’s guidance of regulating my nervous system. I’m not sure there’s enough thanks in the world for that. As @skiptomyliam would say, I am in a cult (of becoming whole) and I’m okay with that!

In the past, I would have been so anxious to catch ride a horse I’ve never ridden in front of my community full of people I respect. I would have felt like I had to defend or prove, or protect myself. This weekend, I just showed up as Megan. As loud and annoying as I would be with my closest circle. What freedom!

It was also amazing to meet zoom friends IN REAL LIFE! Healing along side of them has been an honor!

Huge praise for Erin Strader and Kendidh Farm for hosting all the cult members!
