It's always a pleasure and a privilege to assist the powerhouse @chesterbodymechanic at @neurokinetictherapy seminars. This weekend was NKT Level 2, where specific concepts around treating breathing mechanics, jaw, and movement subsystem dysfunctions (among other things) were unveiled and explored. It's a privilege to help people learn. Especially when you know in your bones that the things they'll learn will help them excel as practitioners, which in turn will help more and more people live pain-free, more fulfilling lives. Excellent to meet some new and some familiar faces. I'm stoked to have people like you in my network 🙌🏽 #gsc #neurokinetictherapy #nkt #jaw #tmj #breathing #breathingmechanics #movement #corestability #corestrength #diaphragm #obliques #personaltrainerlondon #londonpersonaltrainer #londonpt #ptlondon #physiotherapy #londonphysio #osteopathy #chiropractic #strengthandconditioning #massagetherapist #sportstherapist #painmanagement #painfreeliving #painfree #injuryrehab #injuryrecovery #learnsomethingnew #learn
