What an amazing year! What they try to warn you about when you start competing in Powerlifting is that you’ll meet some of the best and strongest people in the world.

And that's a wrap on PCSPs 1st WNPF Power Lifting meet! In all there were almost 20 competitors competing in the squat, bench, deadlift, and even super curl lifts. There were some first timers trying out their first meets and some veterans goin for records. There were some state records were broken as well!
