Risotto is a labor of love
Really good risotto (especially on your 1st try) is a marriage

Simple, heroic and meticulous. A dish that requires patience, precision, technique, and exceptional stock. Something that for all its little hang ups and adjustments and add this, taste, reflect, pause, repeat and stir and stir and stir when its finished…when it’s all said and done, you can REALLY be proud of.

We finally tried Sun Chong

The rare and eclectic beer menu was my favorite part of the experience honestly (aside from my smoking hot date) I had the redfish poboy and gumbo soup dumplings (not pictured) 9-10 for pure innovation on the dumplings the soup they sat in was excellent even down to the wrapping of the dumpling itself which was an exquisite showcase in the way that I’d never seen done before. The redfish was piping hot and fresh and the sauce was delicious.
