Tech tech tech! Triple jump is one of the most technical events in athletics. This is one of my new drills in developing the separation, ground reaction forces and ‘finishing’ of the hop phase! Proper technical development is the foundation of any Olympian. I was fortunate to develop many elite triple jumpers in my career that have made history especially in the USA. enjoy this cool drill:) #triplejump #technique #jump #athletics
