It’s been a hell of a ride. I know I wouldn’t be the athlete or person I am today without the amazing people that make Ubrzati. Family isn’t always bound by blood, sometimes it’s chosen. It isn’t necessarily a goodbye, but a see you later! 😉

It’s crazy that the mission is already here, for most of my life it was one of those things that was just an idea, something I would eventually go do but it was always so far away that it never felt real.

This last year has changed that, watching a lot of my friends prepare to serve and eventually leave to go on their own adventures as a disciple of Jesus Christ in places ranging from the concrete jungle of Brazil to Kobe Japan and Dallas Texas.

I’m so grateful and excited for the opportunity to go serve the people of Guatemala, and for the memories and experiences it will bring.

It’s hard leaving the life the friends and the family that I have here in Florida, but God has given me everything and I know this opportunity to give back is one I want to take.

I have a testimony of Jesus Christ and his restored gospel on this earth, I know I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me-even if that means learning Spanish ;)

Train the engine you compete with. ⚽️⚡️

The game demands endurance, sprinting, cutting, and constant change of direction.
So the majority of your training should support how your body actually moves on the field.

Locomotion-based work helps you:
• Strong, organized foot and hip loading to manage force
• Coordinate your gait and timing under fatigue
• Efficient energy transfer through the posterior instead of stress at the knee
• Stay durable, efficient, and available all season

With ACL injuries on the rise, especially among female athletes, cleaning up running and change-of-direction mechanics matters more than ever. Strong foot and hip loading, controlled deceleration, and efficient energy transfer all reinforce game-time durability, helping the body absorb and redirect force when under stress. 👣🔥

Traditional lifting patterns are often linear, isolated and heel heavy. They don’t teach your body to move dynamically at game speed. Strength matters, but fluid movement is what powers performance. 🌀

Feed your locomotive engine.

And that’s exactly what we prioritize here @ubrzati.official ⚡️

Real time running feedback using the @ztreadz and mirrors has us pushing our potential on and off the field.

Move like you play. Train how you perform.

⚽️ Soccer performance isn’t built in just one lane. It’s built everywhere.

At ubrZati, our soccer sports performance training goes far beyond cones and conditioning. We train the engine, the brakes, and the steering wheel so your game levels up on match day.

Here’s what we sharpen 👇
• Speed & acceleration to win first steps
• Agility & change of direction for cutting, defending, and creating space
• Strength & power for duels, shots, and injury resilience
• Mobility & stability so your body moves efficiently, not expensively
• Conditioning that actually transfers to the pitch, not just fatigue

Every session is designed to translate directly to soccer performance, helping you move faster, react quicker, and stay durable all season long.

⚡️Train with purpose
⚡️Train with intent
