Meet our president, Emily Frazier 🫀

why SODA?
I joined soda because I love to make people aware of the misunderstandings of organ donation. I love serving the community and making friendships along the way.

Meet our vice president, Emily McCarthy 🫀

major: nursing 🩺

year: sophomore

why SODA?
Being a nursing student and having worked many years as a CNA, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact that medical care has on people’s lives. My overall experience in the medical field so far has really shown me how crucial organ donation is. Watching loved ones receive the news that a patient is going to be okay is truly a feeling you’ll never forget. It’s crazy to think that one person can save up to ten whole lives. Organ donation is an incredible act of generosity that can literally save and transform lives, so it’s an honor to be a part of advocating for something so meaningful.

Meet our treasurer, Skylar Biel 🫀

major: nursing 🩺

year: sophomore

why SODA?
As a member of SODA, I help promote awareness about the importance of organ donation through education, advocacy, and community outreach. I am committed to encouraging informed conversations and supporting efforts to increase organ donor registration.

Meet our media chair, Christina Eshelman🫀

major: management & economics 📋

year: sophomore

why SODA?
I believe that there is a negative stigma around organ donation because of medical dramas. I aim to educate others and clear up the misconceptions surrounding being an organ donor.
