“ Hello everyone!

My name is Kate Penrod, and I have the honor of serving as the Vice President of Recruitment for Alpha Delta Pi! When I first joined this chapter, I was welcomed with open arms by my sweet friend Chloe, whose kindness and passion for recruitment inspired me to pursue this role. Her encouragement sparked a fire in me, and serving as VPR has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my college journey.

Being a part of welcoming Alpha Class ‘24 home was an incredible privilege, and I can’t wait to do the same for this year’s new members. I’m so proud of the recruitment team, these women are some of the most dedicated and hardworking individuals I’ve ever met. Together, we’ve poured our hearts into preparing for Spirit Week, Recruitment, and Bid Day and we can’t wait for y’all to see what we have up our sleeves!

One of my favorite parts of this role is training our chapter to confidently and genuinely share what makes Alpha Delta Pi so special. I’m beyond excited to meet each of you and support you through this journey.
