POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This wasn’t just another school outreach. Before we even finished asking questions, hands were already flying into the air. That’s when we knew this conversation was going to be something special.

We came with one mission: to create a safe space where girls could understand their bodies, ask questions freely, and know that curiosity is never something to be ashamed of.

And they did exactly that.

One after another, they shared their thoughts, answered questions, and challenged us with questions of their own. Their confidence honestly amazed us.

One of the most important conversations of the day was about PMS and PMDD.

Many girls grow up believing severe mood changes, overwhelming emotions, or intense pain are simply something they have to “deal with.” We wanted them to know that understanding these changes is the first step toward knowing when to seek help and advocate for their health.

The conversation even went beyond hormones.

When we started talking about skincare, the girls were asking about different brands, routines, and ingredients. We couldn’t help but smile.

A huge thank you to our skincare sponsor for supporting this session with products that helped make the conversation practical, not just theoretical. @nolilo_beauty_lab

One thing we wanted every girl to leave with was confidence.

Knowing how to correctly use a sanitary pad is a small lesson that can make a big difference.

The best part?

They didn’t just watch, they participated.

Learning becomes unforgettable when you’re part of the experience.

If we’re being honest… we expected participation.

We didn’t expect this level of engagement.

These young ladies reminded us that when you give girls the opportunity to speak, they always have something meaningful to say.

Yes, every girl received sanitary products @flowwellnessgh

But this project was always about something bigger than distribution.

Knowledge about Hormonal Health and it challenges was the real gift.

The smiles say it all.

We hope every pack they received reminds them that they’re seen, supported, and worthy of understanding their own bodies.

It takes a village.
