📍 skyline brews this hbb gets its name from the beautiful fernvale skyline right outside their home 🌅 they mainly specialise in a variety of coffees, but also serve hearty food options like scrambled egg toast and aglio olio to complete your meal! i tried their scrambled egg toast, which came with perfectly cooked eggs that were sooo creamy in the centre 🍳 it was served with 2 slices of toasted white bread (crustless btw hahaha), which made the perfect carrier for all that creamy scrambled egg. simple, comforting and such a good start to my morning ☀️ for drinks, i tried their signature orange americano, which was such a unique combination! i’ve never had orange and coffee together before, though apparently it’s quite a popular pairing 🍊☕️ the citrusy orange flavour was pretty prominent and mellowed out the bitterness of the coffee, so i think even those who aren’t huge coffee drinkers could enjoy this! their iced latte was a solid classic too ☕️ the coffee flavour came through really strongly, without being overly milky or tasting diluted. you can definitely tell they use good quality coffee beans! overall, northeasties can check this hbb out if you’re too lazy to prep your own breakfast and want something hearty, comforting and delicious instead hehe :) #sgfoodie #sgfood #sgfoodies #sghomebased #sgeats
