Build the strength on the axle bar. Stabilize it with rotational work. Zero excuses.

The session:
8x5 axle bar deadlift
Rotational kettlebell strength to stabilize

Traditional strength builds the engine. Rotational work keeps it all together.

Deadlift day. 4 movements. Zero excuses.

The full session:

5x5 heavy deadlift
8x5 sumo deadlift
8x5 wide grip deadlift
10→1 ladder: light deadlift + echo bike cals, for time

The bar doesn’t care how you feel. Do the work.

LEVEL 2: unlocked. 🔥

W Legends took it up a notch as we officially cut the ribbon on our newly transformed FIT. Led by W Legends Matt Tralli and Christian Castano, we broke in the new space with a high-energy workout, followed by recovery, wellness and a first look at our next era of FIT.

A major thank you to our local wellness partners who helped us level up the experience.

More space. More energy. More ways to move. The new era of wellness at W Scottsdale starts now.

Today’s workout was fueled by SkyMD Energy.

One of the most powerful forces in life is consistency. Being able to do repetition over and over again. #fitness #tryskymd #fitforduty #gym
