What a feeling! 20 year Lavaversary Party is in the books! We had a two part night of @charlestongameshow and #karaokenight at @thebangkokcharleston It was a good night! Thanks to our own @briersglamlife for the delicious charcuterie and to all of our team that was able to help us commemorate an incredible two decades! Here’s the footage! #lavaluv #charlestonhairsalons #letsgetweird #justbeyourself

When a stylist leaves the nest, transition is everything. Saying goodbye and letting go of a team member is never easy especially someone like Mallory. Mallory joined us in 2020 as a new Stylist. She rose the ranks from the bottom to the top over the next six years and became one of our proudest legacies. We’re so excited for her new adventure and want her to know that as family, if she ever needs us, we’re always just a phone call away.

We love you, Mallory. Good luck and always remember… you don’t hang up on family! 🌋❤️

My day at the salon. (If i were French). We are starting our plans to finally make a trip to Europe! We had one planned in 2020 and well, we know how that story goes. But i need to start brushing up on my French since Paris is on the list! I love coming to work! Our team does such amazing work and all the while maintaining such a fun (fairly) relaxed atmosphere. Isn’t that right @briersglamlife ? 😉 Come play with us @lavasalon C’est magnifique! #justbeyourself #charlestonhairsalons #lavaluv #letsgetweird #charlestonhairstylists

Continuing Education is CRITICAL to Lava’s culture and team. And who better to learn from than your own peers! Our first ever #tedtalks about hair. @briersglamlife and @emmagraydoeshair taught us how important #guestconsultations are. @goodness.gracious.chs showed us techniques for the hugely popular #bixiehaircut and @thehairdoer gave us her must do’s and how to’s for social media. This is a great format for high performance salons to build trust between the team! Thanks for coming to our TED TALKS. Also our teachers are pretty HOT 🥵 #hotforteacher #charlestonhairsalon

Something BIG is happening this Sunday at Wannamaker Park. Bigger than the World Cup. Bigger than Wimbledon.

Introducing the LAVALYMPICS — Lava Salon’s first-ever Field Day.

Teams have been drafted. Names have been created. Colors have been chosen. Flags have been designed.

🎶 This is our official anthem, “Lava Land Forever” — to be played at the opening ceremony as Team Lava Land, hosted by Geoff and Noel, welcomes the teams.

Let The Games Ignite! 🌋🔥🏆
