Made a trip to San Jacinto and back today in the 2-33 with Mark for his first cross country! Always wanted to do this! Ripping convergence made it almost stress-free. Flew N7545, the same glider I did my first solo in!

Happy 14th Birthday, Amelia! 🎉✈️ @amelialovestofly

Today is a pretty special day—you officially became a third-generation pilot in our family. I know Grandpa would be looking down with a huge smile, just as proud of you as I am.

Soloing a glider on your 14th birthday is no small accomplishment. It took a lot of planning, training, dedication, and hard work to make this day happen, and you earned every bit of it.

Watching you continue a family tradition that started with Grandpa, then me, and now you is something I’ll never forget. Three generations, one love for flying. ❤️✈️

A huge thank you to @jennacooper14 and everyone at @skysailinginc for helping make this incredible milestone possible.

Happy Birthday, Amelia. This is only the beginning—the sky is yours! 🛩️❤️

✈️ 45 YEARS OF WINGS OVER CAMARILLO! ✈️

If you’ve never experienced - Wings Over Camarillo - consider this your sign to add it to your summer bucket list! 🎉✔️ @wingsovercamarillo

Celebrating its 45th year, this incredible event brings together aviation history, jaw-dropping aircrafts, aerial performances, classic cars, military displays, food, vendors and SO much more for an unforgettable weekend in Camarillo.

There’s something really special about walking around and seeing these incredible aircrafts up close, learning about their history and then watching them take flight. And when those planes take to the sky…TOTALLY BADASS ✈️🔥 The aerial performances are definitely one of those moments where you find yourself looking up and thinking, how are they even doing that?!

But what I loved most was that this event truly has something for everyone. Whether you’re a lifelong aviation enthusiast, a history buff, or just someone who loves a good local event, you can easily spend hours exploring everything Wings Over Camarillo has to offer.

And we got to experience it in an extra special way this year! 🥂✨

A HUGE thank you to Visit Camarillo @visitcamarillo for inviting us to their VIP Suite! My friend @taylor_katherine_d and I were absolutely spoiled with the most wonderful hospitality, an incredible view of the action and such a fun atmosphere to enjoy the show from. The food was catered by 📍Timbers from Goleta @timbersgoleta and we ate until we couldn’t move (perfect when needing an excuse to just sit back and to look up at the sky LOL). It was the perfect way to experience an already amazing Camarillo tradition. ☀️❤️🥂✈️

Thank you, Visit Camarillo, for having us and for showing us such a wonderful time! ❤️ @visitcamarillo

45 years down…here’s to many more years of 📍Wings Over Camarillo! ✈️🇺🇸 Make sure to add this event to your bucket list for next year! @wingsovercamarillo
