POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In today’s landscape, you’re lucky enough to get an audition. Lately, on the podcast, I’ve been speaking to actors about waiting for so long in their respective careers to get writing that gives them an opportunity to finally show what they are actually capable of. Those opportunities are rare, and even when you do get them — it doesn’t always work out. Here’s a one of those auditions for me:

SkyTown is the #1 place to self-tape. These days, casting wants actors to be a mini production studio. @skytownla they take the hassle out of the equation, allowing you to focus as the actor.

we ran.
we healed.
we got dressed.
we got back up again.
we spent a lot of time alone in our apartment pretending to be other people.🍸

There is something uniquely thrilling about being given the audience based #BestOfFest #award at a #filmfestival, for @ensuitefilm, especially considering the calibre of excellent and diverse films curated by @cranfordfilmfestival. That we made an impact on the audience, the opinion that matters most to any film maker (writer, director, producer, actor, DP, sound...), feels like an honor indeed.

Congratulations to all who were at this sweet #NJ #festival, and especially to Lainie, Rob, SkyTown Entertainment, William, Frank, & Christopher North

Michael Rubenstone- such a talented actor, writer, singer-songwriter, voiceover artist, filmmaker and more! It’s such a treat when actors have to throw down a song as part of their self-tape audition.

Another client spotlight with award winning production company @skytownnyc. This search was a blast and I was tasked with finding a quiet space in the Manhattan! This space is now used for audition self tapes to be edited and sent into casting directors so audio isolation was a major concern. Being close to a dog friendly park was another bonus for the team @skytownnyc!

Contact me if you’re searching for a commercial space or if you want more information on the rental process in NYC. I’m always happy to talk commercial real estate!
