I walked into the Red Room in 2016 looking to get my ass kicked.
Ten years later, I’m stepping into the red room to kick YOUR ass.
I waited until I was ready and now it is time.
Barry’s helped change the way I show up, the way I lead, and the way I believe in myself.
I know who the fuck I am now.
So yeah… you can still PUNCH with me. 🥊

A huge shout out to @lindseyclayton23 and @benjthornton for their knowledge and expertise these last few weeks and for believing in me (we knew she was in there)! And to my whole new crew of instructor friends who inspired me all week! Also to all the @barrys fam who came out to support me today and brought all the energy! Welcome to Barry’s. I’m Stefanie, your instructor 💪🏽

Barry’s has been a part of my life for the last 10 years. I’ve walked into the Red Room as so many different versions of myself over those years. I’ve found friendships that became family, the love of my life, and a community that has been there through some of my hardest moments and celebrated some of my best.

I started here behind the front desk, never knowing that one day I’d be standing in the Red Room as an instructor.

Getting to come full circle like this feels really special. More than anything, I feel incredibly grateful — for this place, for the people who have shaped my life here, and for every version of myself.

So, 10 years later… welcome to Barry’s. I’m so happy to be home again. ❤️
