POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Every athlete has a story.

Sometimes they just need somebody willing to stop, pay attention, and help tell it.

That’s a big part of why I do what I do with SportsLife United.

I’m not trying to be perfect. I’m trying to make an impact.

One athlete at a time.

One year ago today. Offseason football training in Nashville. Great day with my guys. Life is different at the moment but appreciative for then and now.

Don’t take it for granted.

What you were born into was not the normal way of life 20 years ago.

Social media and smart phones were not a thing.

It was hard to find trainers, photographers and videographers.

I remember my junior year trying to find someone to take my Individual highlight plays off a DVD so I can send to coaches.

Now all the coach has to do is search your name on Instagram.

Times have changed.

Exposure is the name of the game.

Honored to be apart of @cbgquoia First Christmas Turkey & Toy Drive in South Memphis, TN. Thank you to all of the supporters, family, friends, volunteers and vendors who were able to help make this event a success. 🎄

Definitely look forward to bringing Ms. Clause back again next year! 🧑🏽‍🎄

You may hear me mention the benefits of working out on a empty stomach.

But when you’re an athlete prepping for workouts in an intense environment and games, you can’t afford to do that.

Fuel up.
