I will expect nothing, I will appreciate everything 🧿 April was one of the lowest phases of my life. I remember feeling like I needed something to look forward to, something difficult enough to fight for. That’s when HYROX became that goal.

It ended up meaning much more than a race or a number on the clock. It made me believe that even when everything feels like it’s falling apart, you can still pick yourself up and keep moving.

Grief and endurance have something in common — the only way through the pain is through it.

The same meals. Clocking out from work. Training till late nights. Showing up when I didn’t feel like it. Doing it again, and again, and again.

A lot of those days were spent alone, but I was never really alone.
