Slayedluxehair is a luxury hair brand that provides high-quality hair extensions, while also serving as a platform for beauty, education, and content creation. 👉Did the hair world pull you in first, or did the passion for entrepreneurship come before? The hair world pulled me in first. I started by styling my friends’ hair for fun, which turned into a business because of how high demand my services became. Once I started making money and building clientele, I realized I had a passion for entrepreneurship and scaled my business by selling my own hair extensions along with providing hair services. 👉What’s the most recent win that felt real? Hitting 200,000 followers on TikTok. Just a year ago I was celebrating my first 50,000. I stayed consistent and followed the plan I created, allowing me to 4x my audience on TikTok and 2x my audience on Instagram in one year. 👉Beyond the product, why does SlayedLuxeHair exist? (purpose) Slayedluxehair exists to reflect a new era of entrepreneurship where people build businesses through digital platforms, merge their lifestyle with their work, and create financial independence on their own terms. 👉What finally flipped the switch from thinking about it to building it? I realized I didn’t want to just talk about having a business, I wanted to make money and create something real I’m proud of. I stopped overthinking, started with what I had, and went all in with my business plan. 👉What’s something about running this that genuinely surprised you, in a hard way? Realizing that sometimes even the people closest to you don’t celebrate you because they’re waiting to see proof that you’re worthy of it. You have to be your own number one fan in the beginning, and over time people will come around. 👉What’s the one thing that would move the needle most right now? Remaining consistent in posting content and marketing my brand, because visibility is what helps me scale my business.
