We’ve taken our 2 day certification across the East Coast from Atlanta to Maryland to Richmond and Norfolk, and into the Midwest in Chicago.
Now we are coming to the West Coast for the first time.
October 17–18 in San Francisco, California.

This is not random. Our locations are intentionally connected to board certified dermatologists who specialize in hair loss so the relationship continues beyond the classroom.

SUPERSTAR SATURDAY - WEEK 2: We had a very exciting second week of the challenge! The theme of this week’s superstar is “non-physical challenge standout”. Our non-physical challenge this week was the Challenge Checklist, a scavenger-hunt style race that covers all of the major aspects of the Challenge. Our team superstars went above and beyond, from impromptu protein muffin baking to—literally—battling it out at the finish line—and they consistently bring the team spirit. EVERYTHING’S BETTER IN AN UGLY SWEATER: Out third annual ugly sweater holiday party was one to remember! From paper plate holiday cards to games, coach superlatives to sweet treats, the F45 Edgewood DC community showed up and showed OUT in their most festive holiday attire.
