Sleep Protein is a simple but pretty clever idea: combine your nightly protein source with a subtle but effective sleep support formula. But does it actually work. The two concerns I had coming in to this formula were if the taste would be ruined, and that the formula wouldn’t be effective. The sleep support formula is not aggressive, only containing a handful of ingredients at moderate dosages such as gaba, theanine, and 5htp. However I’m happy to report but my concerns were proven wrong. The flavor is a nice, creamy vanilla, albeit a bit chalky which is to be expected from a casein protein source. And the sleep support is surprisingly effective. At 1 scoop this would be perfect for anyone who just wants a daily subtle support for getting into a deeper more restful sleep. At two scoops this actually REALLY helped out me out in a similar way as some of the stronger sleep aid formulas on the market. If you are severely struggling with insomnia, I would definitely recommend a stronger and more comprehensive package, but if you just want to use a less aggressive more daily support formula, this is a great way to do that and get some extra quality protein along the ways.

This formula is mainly sold through Amazon currently!

This cozy chocolate cake has become my favorite nighttime ritual 🤍

Warm, crunchy, and chocolatey — but with Sleep Protein, it feels lighter and more intentional.

I love adding it at night because it includes magnesium, which helps my body relax and unwind before bed.
A sweet moment that actually supports better sleep.

Save this for cozy nights 🌙🍫

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 2–3 tbsp oat flour
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• A splash of milk
• ½ tsp baking powder

For the topping

• Sleep Protein + a little milk (to make a creamy sauce)
• Dark chocolate, melted
• Cornflakes, lightly crushed

How to make
Mix the egg, oat flour, cocoa powder, milk, and baking powder until smooth.
Microwave for about 1 minute, until the cake is soft and warm.

Poke a few holes in the cake so it absorbs the topping.

Mix Sleep Protein with a little milk until creamy.
Melt the chocolate, add the crushed cornflakes, and mix.

Pour the Sleep Protein sauce over the cake, then spoon the crunchy chocolate topping on top.

Let’s talk recovery. My new year is focused on keeping it moving but finding balance by ensuring I am properly recovered from my daily movements.

I recommend finding routines that you can stick to which is why I love @sleepprotein. It helps me recover while I sleep so I am ready to move as soon as the sun rises.

Not a baking girly, but I am a gains girly. 🥄✨
Nighttime hack: I’ve been adding sleep protein (aka casein – the slow-drip muscle builder) to my Oikos Pro Greek yogurt, tossing in my gifted homemade granola (because we all know I’m not the cooking type), plus fresh berries and those mangoes I snagged on sale at Costco. 🍓🥭
You end up with a protein-and-fiber packed evening snack that keeps muscles fed for hours while you sleep, thanks to casein’s slow release of amino acids that supports overnight recovery and growth. I eat it a couple hours before bed so my gut has time to chill, then let my muscles do their thing all night. Not sponsored, just clinically obsessed. 💪🛌
